How the JNE-3 works
Experience the next generation of hot water comfort with JNE-3, an advanced, energy-efficient and ultra-compact flow-through water heater developed for modern homes. With a wide power output range from 9 kW to 24 kW, JNE-3 delivers stable, endless and instant hot water, exactly when you need it, with no waiting and no heat loss.
The front cover in high-quality ABS is splash-resistant, corrosion-resistant and ageing-resistant. A large LED touchscreen shows operating status, inlet and outlet temperature, water consumption and power use. For added ease of use, the unit can be controlled via remote control or a smart WiFi app, so you have full control wherever you are.
With closed-circuit heating and a cast aluminium element, the water is kept completely separate from the electrical components. This gives high safety and an impressively long service life. The multi-layer heating chamber ensures optimal circulation and an even temperature, while the intelligent thermostat keeps the temperature constant to within one degree of precision, even at varying water pressure.
With up to 98 % energy efficiency, JNE-3 heats water only when you actually need it. The compact size, up to 90 % smaller than tank-based solutions, makes it easy to install in everything from bathrooms and kitchens to hotels, flats and commercial buildings.

Installation
JNE is mounted directly on the wall and connected to the existing cold water pipes with a standard G1/2” connection. The unit requires three-phase 400V power, and the electrical installation must be carried out by an authorised electrician. Once the heater is fixed in place and the water connected, open the tap to release air before start-up. Set the desired temperature via the touchscreen, the Smart/WiFi app (TUYA). JNE has automatic fault diagnosis and shows any faults directly on the display, so the installation can be checked and completed quickly.
