How the KJE-55 works
Upgrade your kitchen or point-of-use heating with the KJE-55, a compact, modern and highly efficient direct water heater developed to deliver fast and stable hot water exactly where you need it. With a size that is up to 95 % smaller than conventional hot water tanks, the KJE-55 is the perfect choice when space is limited or when you want a discreet and elegant solution.
The design combines functionality and aesthetics: the high-quality ABS front cover is splash-proof, corrosion-resistant and resistant to ageing, ensuring a long service life in demanding kitchen and wet room environments. An intuitive LED digital display and touch buttons make temperature adjustment simple and precise, and with optional WiFi control you get full control straight from your mobile.
The KJE-55 model uses a cast aluminium heating element with completely separated water and electrical circuits, which provides maximum safety. The advanced multi-layer heating chamber structure ensures rapid flow-through, stable temperature and a longer service life than conventional heating solutions. Safety is of the highest class. The heater switches off completely within 0.1 seconds in the event of a fault. It also has earth fault detection, overpressure protection, overheating protection, anti-scald protection, IP25 waterproofing and automatic fault diagnosis that shows error codes directly on the display.

Installation
The KJE-55 is mounted directly on the wall and connects easily to existing cold water pipes via a standard G1/2” connection. The unit runs on single-phase 230V power and must be connected by an authorised electrician for safe operation. The KJE-55 can be mounted both in the normal position and upside down, which makes it highly flexible in tight installation environments. To support this, it has a digital display that can be rotated automatically, so that the temperature reading is always the right way up regardless of mounting direction. The model can also be connected with TUYA, a smart/WIFI-controlled app that gives you a full overview and control of your consumption
